We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases; however, due to the nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds on any new, used, or unused product purchases for sanitary reasons.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for a justifiable reason (upon the receipt of a damaged or defective product), please contact us, and we will evaluate and make every effort to make it right.

Our Policy
Here at Wholesome, we do not take the place of a medical provider for medical skin conditions. The ingredients used in Wholesome products are designed for the well-being and safety of even the most sensitive skin types; however, you are responsible for knowing any skin allergies/conditions/sensitivities you may have.

The statements about my skincare line are not evaluated/tested by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Avoid contact with eyes. All products are for external use only.

There are no preservatives, artificial dyes, or fragrances. Paraben free. All our products are small-batch, handmade, and hand-poured made to ensure the highest quality products- gentile and luxurious for everyday use; however that means, each bar of soap may vary in shape and size from 4-5oz.

No SPF calms are made on these products as it has not undergone the testing and licensing necessary for OTC sunscreens which are regulated by the FDA. Please practice safe sun exposure and try a patch test on your skin to ensure it provides the protection you are desiring.
